Someone asked if I'm always sad. The answer is no, I'm not always sad. But I've had a rough year. My father passed away and my boyfriend moved across the country, so I think it's natural that I'd be sad at this point in my life. I think it would be strange if I weren't.

I am working on some positive things right now. I'm working with Mona to buy her business. She's ready to retire but she wants to be involved so she's helping me transition as owner. It's amazing. I've always wanted a dance studio and now it's actually happening. It's the big bright light in an otherwise crappy year.

Mona's wedding to Angelo is in a month. I'm really looking forward to it. Alex and Lauren are coming down for the weekend and I can't wait to see them!

This past weekend I went out to State College to visit Lindsay at Penn State. She's graduating this semester so it was my last chance to visit her out there. We had a good time. We went to the creamery three times! That ice cream is so good. I'm lucky they don't have one here or I'd be eating it every day. Seriously, if you ever go to Penn State you must have the ice cream! :)
